Lowering Daily Calories is Not Always the Cure to Obesity

Have you ever wondered why some people are naturally overweight while others remain skinny while eating more? The reality is that the total daily calorie intake does not decide if one is overweight or skinny.

There are three types of calories that you eat daily and these are proteins, carbohydrates, and fat calories.

Your body does not really care how many calories that you consume daily, but it is concerned with each type of calorie and the amount consumed by the body.

If you were to eat excessive amounts of sugar based calories your body will not be able to use all the sugar calories and thus they would be stored as fat tissue.

People may remain overweight their entire lives while they eat less than their slimmer counterparts. If you eat too many of the wrong calories you will get fat.

It is true that people may have slower metabolisms than others resulting in obesity. These same people can become just as slim if they learn how to eat the correct types of calories each day.

Bodies need protein, carbohydrates and fat calories. Your body needs the three types of calories in correct portions.

Believe it or not there are fat calories that can accelerate weight loss while other fat free foods may actually make you become overweight if you eat them too often.

To lose weight quickly, you should learn to eat the foods which have more fat burning properties.

As an added bonus eating the right foods with the fat burning properties will stabilize your blood sugar level throughout the day. There are foods that you eat that give a brief spike in energy thus making you feel energetic but then some time afterwards the blood sugar drops leaving you feeling tired for the remainder of the day.

The higher the increase in blood sugar after a meal, the lower it has to drop after. When it falls, you feel tired and hungry again. This is what is known as highs and lows in the energy level.

When it comes to eating more of the foods that burn fat, your blood sugar level will stay more level. Additionally, you will have a more consistent and stable energy level. When your blood sugar is stabilized, your body has that much more capacity to burn more fat tissue.
